Purchaser Terms

The terms that apply when you buy a ticket, registration, or other item through Admittee.

Effective September 15, 2026 · Version 2026-09-15

1. Admittee's Role

Admittee provides a platform that allows organizations ("Organizers")—including schools, clubs, businesses, and community groups—to manage facilities, events, and related purchases.

Admittee does not operate, host, or control events, facilities, or services. Each Organizer is solely responsible for event details, pricing, policies, scheduling, and execution.

2. Your Purchase

When you make a purchase, you are entering into an agreement directly with the Organizer, not Admittee.

Admittee facilitates payment and access but does not:

  • Set prices
  • Determine availability or capacity
  • Control scheduling or entry policies

Your purchase is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

3. Accounts & Purchase History

Admittee automatically creates a profile linked to the email address you provide at checkout.

This profile allows you to:

  • View past purchases
  • Locate tickets or confirmations
  • Access related services associated with your email

Access to your profile is provided by verifying control of your email address (for example, through a magic link or security code).

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account. Anyone with access to your email may be able to access your Admittee purchase history.

You may request deletion of your profile and associated data at any time by contacting support@admittee.com. Deleting your profile may limit access to past purchases.

4. Waivers and Other Agreements

An Organizer may require you to accept one or more agreements before completing a purchase — a liability waiver, a code of conduct, a photo release, or similar.

These agreements are between you and the Organizer, not Admittee. Admittee displays them, records that you accepted them, and will not let a purchase complete until you have — but Admittee is not a party to them, does not draft them, and does not review them for adequacy or enforceability. Questions about what an agreement means, or what it commits you to, go to the Organizer.

We record your acceptance. When you accept, we store the exact wording you were shown, the date and time, and technical details of the request such as IP address and browser. We keep the wording itself rather than a reference to it, so that a later edit by the Organizer cannot change what your acceptance says you agreed to.

An Organizer may ask you to accept the same agreement again for a later event or a later session of a recurring program. That is the Organizer's decision, not a defect. An agreement typically refers to a specific activity and specific dates.

5. Registrant Profiles

When you register someone — often a child — Admittee saves a profile for that person under your account, holding details such as their name, date of birth, and grade.

The profile belongs to you, not to the Organizer. You can view, edit, and delete it from your Admittee account at any time, and you can reuse it when registering with any organization on Admittee, so you are not re-entering the same details for each one. An Organizer sees a registrant profile only once you have used it to register with that Organizer.

Each registration keeps its own record of what you submitted at the time. Editing a profile later updates the profile going forward; it does not change what a past registration recorded. This is deliberate — an Organizer needs to know what they were told on the day of an event, not only what is true now.

Answers can carry forward within one organization. To save you re-entering the same information, a later registration with the same Organizer may pre-fill details from your most recent registration with them. Pre-filled values are shown to you and you can change any of them before submitting. This never happens across organizations, and agreements and signatures are never pre-filled — those are always presented fresh.

6. Saved Contacts

Some registrations ask who is coming with the person you are registering — a grandparent for a school event, or an adult authorized to collect a child. You can save that person as a contact under your account, with details such as their name, relationship, email address, phone number, and mailing address, and pick them next time instead of typing it all again.

A contact is somebody else's information. They do not have an Admittee account and are never asked to agree to anything. Only save details you are entitled to share, and tell the person that you have. Admittee does not email your saved contacts and does not add them to any Organizer's mailing list.

The contact belongs to you, not to the Organizer. You can view, edit, and delete it from your Admittee account at any time. An Organizer sees a contact only where you have named them on that Organizer's form, and no other Organizer sees it at all.

Answers about a contact can carry forward within one organization. Where a form asks something about a named contact — for example whether they may collect a child — a later form from the same Organizer may show you what you answered before, together with the date you answered it. It is shown for you to confirm or change. It is never filled in for you, and it never travels to a different Organizer.

7. Emails You Receive

There are two kinds of email connected to a purchase, and they are governed differently.

Transactional email is part of the service. Your ticket, receipt, confirmation, and any notice about a change or cancellation are sent because you made a purchase. These are not marketing, you are not asked to opt in to them, and they cannot be unsubscribed from while you hold an active purchase.

Organizer event updates are optional and opt-in. An Organizer may only email you about their future events if you have affirmatively agreed. We ask after your purchase is complete, never as a condition of buying. Nothing is pre-selected, and declining has no effect on your purchase, your tickets, or your entry.

If you agree, we record the date, the exact wording you were shown, and technical details of the request such as IP address and browser, so that consent can be verified later.

8. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw consent at any time:

  • Use the unsubscribe link in any organizer email, or
  • Manage your preferences in your Admittee account under "Organizations"

Withdrawal applies to the Organizer you withdraw from. It does not affect other Organizers, and it does not stop transactional email about purchases you have made.

One practical limit, stated plainly. Organizers may export their contact list to their own email service. Once a list has been exported, that copy is under the Organizer's control, and your withdrawal is reflected the next time they export. This means a message already scheduled or a list already downloaded may still reach you once. Organizers are contractually required to honor unsubscribes in their own systems, but Admittee cannot enforce this inside software we do not operate. If an Organizer continues emailing you after you have withdrawn, contact support@admittee.com.

9. Age

Admittee is not directed to children. If you are under 13, do not use Admittee to make a purchase or to agree to receive email from an Organizer.

Many Organizers are schools, and attendees may be minors. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should make the purchase, accept any agreements, and decide about optional email on your behalf.

Organizers remain responsible for compliance with laws governing student and child data, including FERPA and COPPA where applicable.

10. Refunds, Cancellations, and Changes

Refunds and cancellation policies are set by the Organizer.

Refund requests must be directed to the Organizer. Organizers may issue refunds through their Admittee account at their discretion.

Admittee fees are non-refundable, even if a refund is approved by the Organizer.

For questions about event changes, access, or cancellations, please contact the Organizer directly.

11. Fees and Pricing

All prices are set by the Organizer.

Admittee may apply a service or processing fee, which may be:

  • Displayed as a separate fee, or
  • Included in the purchase price

All fees are non-refundable.

12. Event, Facility, and Venue Rules

By attending or participating in an event or using a rented facility, you agree to comply with:

  • Organizer rules and policies
  • Venue or facility guidelines
  • Safety and conduct requirements

Organizers may deny entry, revoke access, or remove participants for violations of these rules.

13. Platform Limitations

Admittee provides the technology platform only.

Admittee is not responsible or liable for:

  • Event quality or outcomes
  • Facility conditions or availability
  • Schedule changes or cancellations
  • Refund decisions made by Organizers
  • Incidents occurring at events or facilities
  • The content, adequacy, or enforceability of any agreement an Organizer asks you to accept
  • An Organizer's use of contact information after it has been exported from Admittee

14. Privacy

Personal information collected through Admittee is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Organizer access to your information is limited to what is necessary to operate events, facilities, and reporting — and, separately, to contact you about their events where you have opted in under Section 6. Admittee does not sell your personal information, and Organizers are prohibited from selling or transferring contact information obtained through Admittee.

15. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Purchaser Terms from time to time. The current version and its effective date are shown at the top of this page, and prior versions remain available. Continued use of the Admittee platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
